1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Klimva US (operated by Molye LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Product & Pricing

All pricing is in US Dollars ($). The Midea PortaSplit 12,000 BTU is sold exclusively through Klimva US for delivery within the United States. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Images are for illustration purposes; actual product may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any affected orders.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

  1. Order confirmation: you will receive an email with your order number and details.
  2. Order fulfillment: items ship within 1–2 business days via UPS.
  3. Order cancellation: you may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing [email protected]. After that, see our Returns Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from shipment.

  • Free shipping on all orders — no minimum.
  • Tracking information is emailed once the label is created.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package immediately.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather.

5. Warranty

The Midea PortaSplit comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • To file a claim, contact us at <b>[email protected]</b> with your order number.
  • Warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molye LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the purchase or use of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
