These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products on klimva.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products & Pricing
Products are offered subject to availability. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without notice. The valid price is the one displayed at the time of order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (stock error, pricing issue, suspected fraud).
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is captured at the time of order.
6. Delivery
Free delivery within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
8. Warranty
Products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. This covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Molye LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
